Dubé is best known for her partnership with Bryce Davison, with whom she achieved significant success on the international stage.

Jessica Dubé started skating in 1991 at the age of four in her hometown of Drummondville, Quebec. She trained at the CPA Drummondville skating club and later at the St. Cyrille/Drummondville club.
